COOL SUMMER
Hot summer needs special care to make living cool. Due the warm weather its tough to maintain our body temperatures. Summer makes our body to reduce its strength and makes people tries and exhausted. Summer healthy tips to keep you healthy and active in this hot summer
Drinking plenty of water in summer re leaves you from summer sicknesses like dehydration, headache, and summer strocks.
Required at least 8 hours sleep and 20 min rest or nap in hot summer days. Physical stress should be reduced. And limited physical exercises are recommended.
Carbohydrates, fruits and vegetable should be involved instead of fat and sugar items. Fruits like watermelon, banana, jack fruit, pineapple and lemon are good for health in summer. Diet should include vitamin B,Zinc and antioxidants like C,E.. Alcohols and junk foods should be avoided in summer, or should drink with plenty of water.
Its compulsory to wear sunglass while projecting to sun. Eyes are more sensitive and direct sun rays may harm them.
Sweating may loose valuable minerals of the body, So you should balance them good healthy supplements Over sweating may cause serious problems. Astma and respiratory patients need a special care in summer, Should carry the medication along with them all the time.
Should wear light and loose and conformable dress.
